Each year the foundation strives to award two RCHS Alumni scholarships. Our ability to do so depends entirely on your generosity!<\/p>\n<p>The Alumni Scholarship is funded by the honor year classes. Therefore, the foundation is appealing to all RCHS graduates who graduated in a year that ends in \u201c4\u201d to donate to the 2024 RCHS Alumni Scholarship fund. If you graduated in \u201d434\u201d, \u201c54\u201d, \u201c64\u201d, &#8220;74\u201d, \u201d84\u201d, \u201d94\u201d, \u201c04\u201d, \u201c14\u201d or would like to honor someone in a \u201c4\u201d class, your donation would be greatly appreciated!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Alumni Banquet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u2003The Rock County alumni banquet brunch and parade is tentatively set for June 15, 2024. A chairperson (s) is still needed for the banquet. Among the volunteers helping in 2023: Brandi Hollenbeck and Deb Fischer (folding and mailing letters), Debbie and Daniel Morrison and Merv and Jan Buoy (parade), FFA (serving and clean-up), Deb Fischer and Jeanne Grantzinger (setting up tables and chairs), Duane Fritz (MC), Kyra Anthony (senior response), Dennis Quigley (minister), Class of 1973 (handed out name badges at the banquet), 20 year class (decorating), Cathy Doke (constructed the alumni letter and sold tickets at the Rock County Leader).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Anyone interested in chairing, can contact Jan Foster, Cathy Doke or mail the Rock County Alumni, PO Box 351, Bassett, NE 68714<\/p>\n<p>The Sandhills Ranch Expo will be held June 19 and 20, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Updating alumni records is an ongoing project and your help is appreciated. Anyone with updates or corrections with contact information please contact Jan Foster.<\/p>\n<p>Jan is currently in charge of keeping the alumni database updated.
